This 60 minute class is a perfect fit for those new to yoga, or those wanting to slow down and sink a bit deeper into the postures. Flow styles of class offer sequential movements, connected with your breath. You'll walk out feeling empowered and wanting to come back.
Noon Hour Flow
This 40 minute mid-day class is the perfect way to spend your lunch break. This flow style class will leave you feeling rejuvenated in the mind, body and spirit. We connect movement with breath as we move through a variety of yoga poses, leading us towards a restorative savasana at the end of class. All levels-NEW YOGIS WELCOME
A 60 minute class focusing on flowing from pose to pose and linking the movement with the breath. We do sitting, standing, and inverted postures, and suggest challenging variations for more advanced students, yet fun and non-intimidating options for newer students. The instructor will offer a variety of modifications for accessible participation of everyone. All levels- BEGINNERS WELCOME!
Peace Amongst the Chaos
Do you feel overwhelmed by life, and are looking for a way to slow down? This 90 minute class is to help you find the pause button amongst the business. A combination of guided meditation, yin yoga, and yoga nidra makes for a perfect combination to unwind and hit the reset button. Like Fine Wine
This class is centered around empowering participants to embrace aging gracefully. This gentle, flow style of class will offer a variety of pose options with use of props for support. The instructor will offer a variety of modifications to encourage the safe and comfortable participation of everyone. All levels- BEGINNERS WELCOME!
This 60 minute class slows things down, and targets the deep connective tissues that can hold emotional and physical tension. Each supported posture is held 2-5 minutes allowing the fascia time to respond to the stretching. Yin is often used as preparation for meditation. Gentle hands on enhancements, and massage is offered for those who are interested in safe touch. Join us to free space in your body, mind and hearts. Open to all levels- BEGINNERS WELCOME!
A class concentrating on healthy, easy movements of the spine, helping spread loving energy and information throughout the body.
Moving actively from the core, these series of poses will help with strength and flexibility as well as encourage the flow of blood while keeping the heart rate low.
This class is mean to keep you in a dominantly parasympathetic state (having the body rest, rejuvenate, and regenerate) while keeping you present and in the moment.
