Yoga for Growing Athletes
This class is for young athletes ages 8-12.
This series introduces the fundamentals of yoga with a sports focus. We will move through breath work, physical postures, mindfulness/meditation and rituals to assist them in their sports experience.
A class for adults to enjoy alongside a special child in their life. We will introduce breathing techniques, yoga postures in a fun and supportive environment.
This class is best suited for children ages 4-8.
A super fun introduction to yoga for the little ones in your life. We will explore different breathing techniques, physical postures/shapes, and mindfulness meditation.
This class is best suited for children ages 4-7.
Yoga for Teen Girls
This class is centred around self-love, acceptance and celebration of our own uniqueness. We will explore how yoga can lead to a deeper understanding, and connection with ourselves and others. We will be moving our bodies, finding stillness, and discussion in a safe and open space. Come exactly as you are!
This class is best suited for ages 12-17.
Group or Team Sessions
