This challenge is designed to help you deepen your connection with yourself, foster self-acceptance, and move your body with love and compassion. We believe that the practice of yoga is not just about physical postures, but also about creating a deep connection with your inner self and developing self-awareness. In this challenge, we will guide you through a variety of yoga practices, and meditations that will help you connect with your body, develop self-acceptance, and move with compassion. Each week features 4 yoga flow practice, 2 yin practices, and 1 meditation that you can practice at your own pace, in the comfort of your own home. Practices are pre-recorded to allow you to choose the best time for your schedule, and so you have the option of doing them more than once. Our experienced yoga instructors will lead you through each practice. Always listen to your body and modify the practice to help you find the right level of intensity for your body. In addition to the yoga & meditation practices, we will also be providing prompts and journaling exercises to help you reflect on your relationship with yourself, and develop deeper self-awareness. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, this challenge is for you. Our aim is to help you develop a deeper connection with your body, mind, and soul, and to help you find joy and happiness within yourself.
