Escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse yourself in a weekend of relaxation, mindfulness, and connection with nature. The rustic camp setting is nestled in the heart of nature, providing the perfect setting for a transformative weekend experience. Shed the energy of the winter season, and lean into the expansiveness and growth of spring.

Our retreat includes a variety of activities that will help you reconnect with yourself and nature. Start your day with a gentle yoga practice, designed to ease your mind and stretch your body. Our experienced instructors will guide you through each pose, helping you find a deeper sense of relaxation and calm.

In addition to yoga, we will also offer meditation, breathwork, mindfulness, journaling, workshops and more.

But that's not all - we will also spend plenty of time connecting with nature. Whether it's taking a walk through the woods, practicing yoga by the lake, or simply sitting in stillness and taking in the beauty around us, you will have plenty of opportunities to connect with the natural world.

And of course, we cannot forget about nourishing our bodies. Our meals will be provided by Holistic Nutritionist Elizabeth Cancade, who specializes in creating delicious, healthy meals that will fuel your body and leave you feeling energized and refreshed.

Space for our weekend retreat experience is limited, so be sure to reserve your spot today. We can't wait to welcome you into our community of like-minded individuals who are dedicated to mindfulness, wellness, and connection with nature.
