Who is Open Hearts?

Open Hearts is soul-led business, founded by myself, Jenn Shields in 2018. It was born out of a desire to help others, and myself, lead a more aligned and mindful life. I wanted to share yoga and mindfulness with others, knowing it can transform lives the way it transformed my own.  

 

With almost 25 years of personal practice in yoga and meditation, I am so grateful and honoured to be a life long student. And feel deeply the privilege of being introduced to, and able to continue studying these ancient practices. 

 

A degree in Physiotherapy has provided me with a deep knowledge of the human body and physical alignment. This combined with my Yoga Teacher Training, allows me to provide safe cues for alignment. All while encouraging you to listen to your own body, and move intuitively. I truly believe we can feel our best when we learn to connect with and honour our bodies more deeply.
