Spring Reset Weekend Retreat
Join us May 26-28 for an all-inclusive retreat experience, right here in southwestern Manitoba.
Includes accommodation, nourishing meals from Living Simply Kitchen, yoga, meditation, breath work, connection all while surrounded by nature.
If you need a reset, or are looking for a personal shift this weekend is for you.
Join our instructors for in-person yoga classes and workshops. We offer classes in 4-6 week sessions, as well as workshops and mini retreats.
