The Challenge starts March 1, and is 100% Online. Each week features 4 flow practices, 2 yin/restorative practices, 1 weekly meditation, and daily journaling prompts. Practices are pre-recorded to allow you to choose the best time for your schedule.
With a focus on self-acceptance and self-compassion, you'll embark on a journey to reconnect with your inner self, find balance and align your body, mind, and soul. Through a combination of yoga, mindfulness, and daily prompts, you'll develop the tools to foster a positive relationship with yourself and cultivate a sense of inner peace and contentment.
