This is a guided 14 Day Journey into mindfulness, and conscious living. Mindfulness allows us to experience our lives more fully, as we invite ourselves to be present in the moment. Over the course of two weeks, you will move through the process of becoming more mindful and aware in your life. Each day will introduce a different mindful tool to tryout. At the end of the 14 Days you will have created your own Mindfulness Ritual to support you in living a more aware and fulfilled life.
