Service Description
Shift & Release June 4th 7-9pm In this two-hour transformational experience, you’ll be guided through a creative, intuitive vinyasa practice that encourages you to move from the inside out—free from expectation or performance. Co-led by Jenn Shields & Holly Anderson, this workshop is about dropping the shoulds, tuning into your own rhythm, and letting go of what’s no longer aligned. We’ll begin with a dynamic, soulful flow that invites release through movement and breath, allowing your body to speak and your energy to shift. As we wind down, we’ll transition into slower yin-inspired shapes to support integration, then close with a grounding meditation to connect you back to your heart. Soothe & Release June 18 7-9pm Unwind and melt into a deep state of relaxation in this two-hour experience co-led by Jenn Shields, and Kiara Schwarz a registered massage therapist. This slow, gentle, yin-style class combines therapeutic touch, hands-on assists, and grounding postures with intentional journaling prompts to guide you inward. We'll end with a long, guided meditation to help you fully surrender. This is your invitation to pause, reflect, receive, and reconnect—with your body, your breath, and your inner wisdom. *Open to all levels of experience, no previous experience with yoga or meditation necessary.
