Service Description

This class is centered around empowering participants to get in tune with their bodies. This gentle, flow style of class will offer a variety of pose options with use of props for support. The instructor will offer a variety of modifications to encourage the safe and comfortable participation of everyone. Like Fine Wine is offered In-person and on Zoom (online). To book on Zoom, visit the "Zoom Like Fine Wine" class option. All levels- BEGINNERS WELCOME!
