Service Description

This class is centered around empowering participants to get in tune with their bodies. This gentle, flow style of class will offer a variety of pose options with use of props for support. The instructor will offer a variety of modifications to encourage the safe and comfortable participation of everyone. All levels- BEGINNERS WELCOME!
